Pregnancy & Breeding¶
Life in Woodchester has a deep, optional pregnancy system — ignore it entirely, or lean all the way in. Everything is tracked per-girl through the Fertility and Breeder apps on your phone.
Build availability
These pages cover the v16 pregnancy update, including the v16.2 release notes and hotfixes. The August 14 public-release announcement identifies v15.2 as the free build, which predates this system. Availability checked September 6, 2026.

Who can get pregnant¶
Seven partners are eligible, each tracked independently:

Pregnancy unlocks per route
Story progress and character-specific requirements affect availability. Check the in-game Guide, the character's dialogue options, and the odds panel rather than assuming every character is eligible from the start.
The basics¶
- The game's odds panel shows the current chance and its contributing factors. See Conception & Odds for fertility, position, buildup, items, and perks.
- The Fertility app tracks each pregnancy's progress and due date.
- Births and the Hospital Daycare are part of the system, with Nina as the maternity nurse.
