Downtown Woodchester¶

The commercial heart of town, where Ethan shops, works odd jobs, runs errands, and bumps into half the cast. Different storefronts tie into different storylines and systems.

Shops & services¶

The Mall¶

The town's shopping hub, gathering several stores under one roof:

Clothing Store — buy outfits and clothing items. A stop on shopping outings, including with Tara.
Electronic Store — gadgets and tech. Karl, Ethan's friend who works here, supplies the equipment for Tara's early phone storyline.

Supermarket¶

A grocery store — and one of the spots where Tara's job hunt plays out on her route.

The recurring bullies Angus and Dweezil cause trouble here and at the library during Tara's story.

The Café¶

A warm community bakery run by Ellen, a friend of Janice's. Newcomers get free cookies, and it's a reliable place to find a friendly face. "Any friend of the girls is a friend of mine."

The Library¶

The Woodchester Library, where Molly works in the back on cataloguing and acquisitions. It's central to her storyline — and the place to research obscure topics, including the leprechaun lore Ethan needs for Fiona.

Tattoo Shop¶

Run by the effortlessly cool Raven, Tara's best friend — and a stop on Tara's route. "A little bit of pain, a little bit of pleasure."

Restaurant¶

A sit-down restaurant used for dates, including on Janice's route.

Gas Station¶

A roadside stop with both an interior and an outside area, used across various scenes and errands.

Hospital¶

The v16 update makes the hospital a destination for deliveries and Nina's maternity-nurse storyline. This content is newer than the free public v15.2 build; see Pregnancy & Breeding for availability.

Daycare¶

The Hospital Daycare lets you browse the babies recorded in your game and arrange for a baby to live in their mother's room. See Birth & babies for the system.
